We will mail you one of the following recipes for each month of the year based on your subscription details. All tamales are handmade in Arizona and are gluten-free and feature non-gmo corn masa. Most tamale recipes are shipped with a complementing gluten-free sauce to defrost, warm and serve them with!

PIÑA & PEÑO – pineapple & jalapeño sweet n’spicy tamales, prepared with corn masa infused with brown sugar and agave that perfectly complements our chunked pineapple filling. Great for that summer barbecue with some fresh grilled pineapple and vanilla ice cream!

HOLA HEMP™ CHIPOTLE KIND –– We turn up our spice on our superfood hemp tamales with smoked ground chipotle chile

SUNFLOWER CHICKEN – Shredded chicken in a delicious sunflower & pumpkin seed mole. Mild heat with a rich nutty flavor that makes these chicken tamales melt in your mouth! Perfect to celebrate Mexican Independence Day on the 16^th!

PUMPKIN SPICE (VEGAN) – Seasonally prepared for the fall season, these vegan tamales are perfectly pumpkin spiced and best served with your favorite cranberry mix and some vanilla bean ice cream

CHRISTMAS TAMALES (VEGETARIAN) – Festive red and green pepper rajas (strips) adorn these beautiful handmade tamales. Mexican queso blanco (white cheese) and corn masa.
